How it Works
Getting started with the NETC network is simple. Once your router is set up, we take care of the rest. Your connection seamlessly integrates with our private, redundant infrastructure, ensuring secure, uninterrupted service. Each site is connected to both of our core routers, so if one fails, traffic automatically switches over without downtime. With three ISPs, your internet access remains stable even if one provider experiences an outage. Our team actively monitors network performance and resolves issues in real time before they impact your operations. You also gain access to our network monitoring platform, giving you full visibility into your circuit performance.

What if I want to adjust my bandwidth?
We customize bandwidth to fit your organization’s needs. You only pay for what you use, and if you need an increase, we make it easy to scale. For bandwidth adjustments, contact us at info@netelc.org.
Do I need to pay extra for public IP addresses?
No, public IP addresses are included in your membership! If you would like to add additional public IPs (at no cost to you!), please reach out to us at info@netelc.org.
Can I have some of my circuits on your network and some of them not?
Yes! Some members choose to have additional circuits outside of our network for increased redundancy. However, if you prefer a fully managed approach, we can add secondary NETC circuits that take separate paths to increase your network’s diversity and uptime.
