You can reach your dedicated NOC team at 207-922-4100 or NOC@myNETC.org. This contact information is also listed directly on your router for easy reference.
What if I don't know where my problem is?
No worries! Contact us, and we’ll help diagnose the issue, even if it’s outside of your NETC circuits.
