Brian Thibeau, President of the New England Telehealth Consortium

Brian Thibeau is a Maine native and is retired from non-profit leadership and management. His career included leadership positions with community action agencies in Presque Isle and Bangor, Maine, practice administrator for a Bangor, Maine based orthopedic group which included an ambulatory surgery center and an occupational and physical therapy department. He also served as the CEO of a multi-specialty medical group practice in Northern Maine. He is a founding member of the New England Telehealth Consortium and has served as its President since its inception in 2007. He has previously served as a member and Chair of the Maine Human Rights Commission and was a founding member of the Loring Development Authority in Northern Maine, serving as a member, Treasurer, Vice Chair, and Chair of its Board of Trustees. He resides in Bangor, Maine.

Mark St. John is the Chief Information Officer for MaineGeneral Health and also a NETC member. Mark has been in the Information Technology field for nearly 40 years and worked at MaineGeneral for the last 20 years. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rivier University and an MBA in Health Care Management from Husson University. Mark has been a member of the NETC Executive Committee since 2022.

Gregory Van Buren is an accomplished Information Technology Leader with 29 years of leadership experience in both civilian and military sectors. He currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Infrastructure & Support at the University of Vermont Health Network, where he is responsible for all on-premises and cloud infrastructure services for a six-hospital health system. Gregory has a proven track record of leading transformation efforts, improving infrastructure change management processes, and successfully completing large-scale IT projects.
