Question: Are the 4 Meraki MX appliances requested replacing existing Meraki MX appliances or non-Meraki units?
Answer: These will be replacing current Meraki MX’s, which are leased through a carrier.  Goal is to purchase and fully manage them internally.

Question: Are there any non-Meraki SDWAN Site-to-Site VPNs that need to be configured? Are there any client VPN (AnyConnect) requirements?
Answer: There will be a site to site tunnel to Azure in the near term future but we can manage that.  We do use the AnyConnect VPN back to the Hollis Site, but we can configure that.

Question: Does Amoskeag require the winning bidder to come on site and physically install the appliances?
Answer: No

Question: Does Amoskeag require the wining bidder to cut over their ISP connections to the new devices and if so, is it an after hours cut or during business hours?
Answer:  Some locations will will require this. Cutover will more than likely happen after hours.

Question: If winning bidder is cutting over the ISP connections, can all 4 sites be done in one night or will it need to be done over multiple nights.
Answer: This is a good question, it could probably be done in one night but more than likely a better rollout will be over several nights.
