STATUS: Bidding is open for this RFP until 5 p.m. on 05/15/2025.
Question: Is the quote for PRI service only in the Administration Building at 146 Mill St., Bradford, VT 05033 (HCP #26798) or for all five sites listed?
Answer: Only for the Administration Building.
Question: Will the PRI service need DIDs? If so, how many?
Answer: DIDs are not eligible for HCF funding; quantity and pricing can be discussed during contract negotiations with the winning service provider.
Question: Are the telephone numbers new, or will you be porting over existing numbers?
Answer: Numbers are currently in use.
Question: Will you need any voice usage built into the quote? If so, how many monthly minutes for local and long-distance?
Answer: Local and long-distance minutes are not eligible for HCF funding; pricing will be discussed during contract negotiations with the winning service provider.
