STATUS: Bidding is closed for this RFP.

Question: 1. Exactly what Network Management Services and/or Security Services are you requesting?

Answer: We are requesting a full suite of network management and security services. Specific pricing and detailed service scopes will be determined during contract negotiations with the winning service provider.

Question: 2. How Many Firewalls to be managed?
a. Brand and which location?
b. Redundancy?

Answer: Please provide pricing on a per-firewall basis. Specifics regarding the brand, locations, and redundancy requirements will be discussed with the winning service provider during contract negotiations.

Question: 3. How many Switches per location?
a. Brand and Models?
b. Redundancy?

Answer: We request pricing on a per-switch basis. Detailed information regarding the brand, model, and redundancy options for each location will be addressed during contract negotiations with the selected provider.

Question: 4. How Many Access Points at each location?
a. Brand and Models?

Answer: Please provide pricing on a per-access-point basis. Brand and model details, as well as other technical specifics, will be discussed further with the winning service provider during contract negotiations.

Question: 5. What Battery Backups and Power Distribution Systems at any of the locations?
a. Are they connected to the Network?

Answer: Pricing should be provided for the required battery backups and power distribution systems on a per-location basis. Further details-including network connectivity and specific system requirements-will be finalized during contract negotiations with the winning provider.

Question: 6. Are you using Client Access VPNs?
a. How Many Users?
b. Do you have MFA for Client Access VPNs?

Answer: For client access VPNs, please provide pricing on a per-user basis. Additional technical details, including the number of users and MFA integration specifics, will be discussed with the winning service provider during contract negotiations.

Question: 7. Are you Requesting MDR/XDR Cyber Defense with 24/7 Managed SOC?
a. How many Devices?

Answer: Please provide pricing on a per-device basis for the MDR/XDR cyber defense services. The total number of devices and any further requirements will be clarified during contract negotiations with the selected provider.

Question: 8. Are you Requesting a Managed Identity Threat Detection & Response?
a. Microsoft 365?
b. How many Users?

Answer: For managed identity threat detection and response-specifically for Microsoft 365 and associated user counts-please provide pricing on a per-user basis. Further details will be addressed during contract negotiations with the winning service provider.

Question: 9. Are you Requesting a SIEM?
a. How many Devices?

Answer: Please provide pricing on a per-device basis for the SIEM solution. The number of devices and any additional requirements will be further discussed during contract negotiations with the selected provider.
