S. Red Hutchinson is the retired CIO of LRGHealthcare which has hospitals in Laconia and Franklin, NH. His extensive background in networks starting with the telephone company (including Bell Communications Research) and continuing into insurance, banking and culminating with healthcare has helped him achieve success in the IT world. He joined NETC during its inception. He currently resides in Florida and enjoys his activities with music production, Amateur Radio, and RVing. Red has been involved with most aspects of the program and continues to contribute as Vice President.
Tim Smith
Treasurer
New England Telehealth Consortium
Tim Smith is an experienced financial leader with over 40 years in accounting, finance, and organizational governance. He holds a B.S. (’74) and MBA (’78) from the University of Maine, and his career has included roles as a Certified Public Accountant with a national firm, Vice President and CFO of a family-owned conglomerate, and Controller at the Maine Community Foundation. He currently serves on the boards of the Dorcas Library Association, the New England Telehealth Consortium, and the Connections Telehealth Consortium. He is also a Budget Committee member for the Town of Gouldsboro and an active panel member for the Maine Overseers of the Bar’s Fee Arbitration Committee, which resolves fee disputes between Maine clients and attorneys.
Robin Winslow
Chief Executive Officer
HOMETOWN Health Center
Robin Winslow has worked in the healthcare environment since 1988, beginning her career in a small private pediatric office where she gained hands-on experience in scheduling, billing, office operations, and management. After 12 years, the practice was acquired by a local hospital system, which opened opportunities for her to grow professionally. She contracted as a transcriptionist for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) look-alike organization, where she was later hired full-time. She worked closely with leadership as the organization achieved official FQHC recognition in 2003.
Over the years, she advanced through roles including Executive Assistant and Chief Operating Officer, and she currently serve as Chief Executive Officer of Sebasticook Family Doctors d/b/a HOMETOWN Health Center. During her tenure, she has overseen significant growth, including the development of new facilities, the addition of expanded services, and most recently, the development and designing of a state-of-the-art medical wellness facility to be opened in December 2025. Her leadership has kept the organization competitive and financially stable while continuing to meet the needs of the community.
She stays current with industry trends through active participation in NACHC and HRSA conferences. She also serves on several boards, including the Maine Primary Care Association, OSIS, Community Care Partners of Maine, NETC, and the Zachary Project.
Outside of work, her greatest joy is spending time with her children and grandchildren and traveling with her family whenever possible. These moments bring balance and fulfillment to her life.
