STATUS: Bidding is closed for this RFP.
Question: Does this RFP only include services related to firewalls, core and edge network devices, and carrier circuits? If not, what other technologies are within the scope of requested services?
Answer: In addition to day-to-day management, monitoring, and maintenance of firewalls, core and edge network devices, and carrier circuits Littleton Regional Healthcare is requesting proposals for Managed Information Technology Services that including but are not limited to the following: (additional details to be discussed during contract negotiations)
- Help desk support and assistance for LRH users with IT problems, including BYOD (in accordance with LRH BYOD policy)
- Monitoring performance and con?guration of IT systems, infrastructure, network, storage, and IT assets.
- Maintaining LRH IT infrastructure and computing environment
- Remote engineering support (via phone, email, or web)
- On-site IT support at a minimum, from 8AM to 5PM on non-holiday weekdays with no less than two personnel
- Con?guration assistance with addes, moves, and changes/deactivation of LRH users
- Proactively monitoring LRH's IT environment for interruptions and security threats
- Consulting with LRH regarding strategic short-term and long-term improvements to LRH systems
Question: Additionally, it appears this RFP does not include services related to wireless LAN, servers, backups, cybersecurity, workstations, or support for end-users. If such services are to be included, please clarify which items are in-scope and what services are required for these technologies.
