Question: Can you provide a copy of the site list in XLS?
Response: Full Site List: Link Sites Listed in Section 11.6 to 11.75: Link

Question: Can you please clarify the requirement of Section 11.78? Do you want pricing for DIA between 10Mbps and 10Gbps for all participant sites?
Response: Yes, all sites listed in Appendix B.

Question: In the case of discrepancies between HCP participant locations in Sections 11.4 through 11.75 and Attachment B, which prevails? For example, StayWell Health Care Inc is listed as a participant location in Appendix B, but is not listed in Section 11.
Response: Our goal is to provide postalized pricing to all sites in Appendix B. However, we understand that some sites may be difficult or expensive to extend service to and we do not want to see the postalized pricing increase to accommodate a handful of very difficult to provision sites.
Therefore, we will consider exception pricing or "one off" installation pricing for these unique sites.

Question: For the locations outside of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont, what speed(s) would you like quoted?
Response: We would like all the speeds quoted.

Question: In 11.5 of RFP-505 NETC Consortium Services RFP, 11.5.5 states: “The total bandwidth of the 10Gbps handoffs (or equivalent)to each NETC core location shall be equal to or greater than the sum of the bandwidth of all site circuits.”
There are HCP groups (e.g. 11.20 St. Joseph Hospital, 11.29 HealthReach, 11.42 Mount Desert Island Hospital, 11.50 Northern Light) where the maximum bandwidth quoted at the sites would exceed 10Gbps at the core. In those cases, how would NETC propose to meet the requirement of no oversubscription between the sites and the cores for E-LAN service type when interfaces at the core are restricted to 10Gbps maximum?
Response:
Please replace section 11.5.5
11.5.5 The total bandwidth of the 10Gbps handoffs (or equivalent) to each NETC core location shall be equal to or greater than the sum of the bandwidth of all site circuits. This is to meet the NETC requirement of no-oversubscription between the sites and the cores.
With this new section 11.5.5
11.5.5 For the E-LAN requirement, the total bandwidth of the network handoffs between the Customer E-LAN and each NETC core location shall be a minimum of 10% of the sum of the bandwidth of the site circuits in a given Customer E-LAN.

Question: In 11.42 of RFP-505, 11.42.1.2, please describe what level of diversity is required.
Response: Please disregard the diversity requirement, redundancy is acceptable.

Question: In 11.73, 11.73.1.2, please describe what level of diversity is required.
Response: Please provide additional pricing for a layer 2 service (e-line or equivalent) between York Hospital - 15 Hospital Drive (HCP# 23800) and the following locations for bandwidths between 50 Mbps and 1 Gbps.

Question: Did you have a preferred template or format for the quote?
Response: Please provide pricing in an Excel spreadsheet. All other documents should be either Microsoft Word or PDF.
