Question: Please provide clarification on 9.2: "If Carrier Ethernet Services are quoted, they should be MEF compliant including the service types discussed in MEF standards 5.1, 22.1, and 33."
MEF 5.1 does not appear in MEF's Technical Specifications documents at http://www.mef.net/resources/technical-specifications
MEF 22.1 appears to refer to Mobile Backhaul Implementation, which does not cleanly match the services offered.
Response: The Carrier Ethernet specifications refered to in the RFP are CE2.0 specifications and can be found here: http://www.mef.net/carrier-ethernet/carrier-ethernet-services

Note: It does appear there is a typo, MEF specification 6.1 should be used instead of 5.1
